| A 'wintry mix' started falling in the afternoon, so I bailed out of work early. By 23h00 it had turned into freezing rain, and the power had flickered a few times. We noticed the icicles on the bird feeder, so I set up the tripod and snapped a few ambient-light shots. The first few were taken shortly before midnight on Wednesday 4 December 2002, before the power went out. Some were then taken after the power died (around 00h55), and the rest the morning after the storm (when the power was still out). |
All of these pictures were taken by myself, using a Nikon CoolPix 4500.
